Apology

An apology doesn't remove the scar
It just covers it
And bury it deeper and deeper
Till you thought it disappeared

While sticking a plaster
On a whole piece of shattering glass
Hoping it'll help

When the plaster just gets buried into
That broken heart
Reminding it that it was hurt before
At that very spot
