The most beautiful people
Always seem to have
The deepest scars
A well of tears
A haunting past
A living nightmare
A bare future
And the strongest appearance

But still
That didn't stop them
From shining dimly
For those that can really see
The light within the darkness

And the beauty inside of what humans call ugly
