Just like pesticides
Carrying diseases
That population is taking over this earth
Without us even realizing

We think we chased them away
But actually
They're already building their home
Beneath us
And maybe that's why sometimes
We get earthquakes
Because they're shaking our grounds
The foundation of our lives
That we didn't even bother building with our hearts

And when it shakes and trembles
That's when they conquer
Us
